At this time, we’re unable to offer colour choices for our phones. This is due to challenges of managing shade inventory in a small-batch operation focused more on configuration. We often find that once a case is added for protection, the original colour doesn’t really matter.
These phones are built for self-reliance. Every phone ships with a Quick Start Guide and a full User Manual written for Australian networks and apps – covering migration, settings, app overviews, alternatives, Pro Tips and video links.
Pro Bundle includes one 20-minute support call for setup questions, additional profile setup, and anything else we can assist with – no questions are too basic.
There is no unlimited one-on-one support after purchase; this keeps prices low and lets us finish the phone properly before it ships. Longer or ongoing help is available through consultations.

Warranty
All PrivacyPros phones come with a 2-year OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) warranty.
We only purchase brand-new Google Pixel devices through official Australian distribution channels. Installing GrapheneOS or any alternative operating system does not void the warranty, as Google supports alternative OS installations on Pixel devices.

Contact us via our contact form with the inquiry type ‘Warranty, Returns & Cancellations’. After we verify your order, we will provide return instructions (including original packaging and proof of purchase). Return postage and handling fees are at your expense. We will then liaise with the supplier and advise you of repair, replacement, or other options.
Returns
Because our Privacy Phones are custom-hardened privacy devices, returns are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law for non-standard goods. Remedies focus on faults or defects, not change of mind.
We clearly disclose this policy upfront. We are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Cancellations
Sales are generally considered final once an order is placed, as we begin sourcing and configuring devices shortly after purchase.
