Thank you for shopping at PrivacyPros. These terms are our Shipping Policy. They sit on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here limits those rights.
This policy covers the site. Warranty, returns and what is in the box are on the product page for that item, and in the warranty FAQ for Privacy Phones.
1. Processing your order
An email confirmation is sent after you place an order. Keep it. It is your proof of purchase.
2. Processing time
Processing is the time we take to prepare the order before it is handed to the courier.
After payment is authorised and verified, orders are processed within 2-15 business days. We will contact you if there is a delay.
Privacy Phones, Privacy Laptops, Off-grid devices and some accessories are configured before they ship. That work is why those orders sit at the longer end of the window. Accessories and in-stock items can move faster.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
3. Where we ship
We ship anywhere in Australia.
We do not offer international shipping at checkout. If you live outside Australia, contact us before you order. We will quote the items, the insured courier and the terms. Nothing is dispatched until that quote is agreed and payment has cleared.
4. Rates and delivery estimates
Shipping is free on Australian orders over $200. Under $200, the rate is shown at checkout.
All shipments are sent via Australia Post.
Delivery times are estimates, counted from the date we ship, not the date you order. A typical Australian delivery is 2-5 business days after dispatch. Weather, remote locations and carrier delays can add time. We are not liable for a carrier delay.
You will be given an estimated delivery window once the order is processed. Estimated dates are not guaranteed. If we can see a delay coming, we will contact you.
Products in one order may arrive in separate parcels. We are not responsible for a wrong address if the address you gave us was incorrect. Check it before you pay.
5. Tracking
Once the order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
6. Lost, damaged, or faulty
If an item is lost or damaged in transit, contact us. We investigate with the carrier. These are handled case by case, and we meet our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
A fault after delivery is a warranty claim, not a shipping claim. Use the contact form and choose Warranty, Returns and Cancellations. We verify the order, then send a prepaid return label or arrange collection.
Change of mind depends on the product. Configured Privacy Phones are not accepted back for a change of mind. Accessories may be, unused and in original packaging, within the window on that product page. The product page is the rule for that item.
7. Changes to this policy
We review this policy at least once a year. Changes are posted on this page. The date at the top is the version that applies.
